Any Assembly

Untrustworthy & unprofessional customer service. I was gifted a patio umbrella for Christmas & waited till spring to have it assembled. It wasn’t until the technicians began that we discovered an important piece is missing so the job had to be postponed. The company wanted to charge me $250 for “canceling” & then another $450 to come back to complete the assembly. I said $700 for an umbrella installation is out of price range so they charged me $350. When I called back to find out why the $100 more, I was told it was because I was not having them come back so he charged me the full standard cancelation rate per their “contract” which by the way, is referring to their email, I signed no contract with them. I will not be using this company ever again.

The guys came through and picked up our old trampoline to bring to our new home and wouldn't set it up stating safety concerns due to worn parts. I appreciated their honesty and being willing to come back and install it properly once the parts were received. They even ordered the parts on my behalf and were professional and courteous.
