Shady business practices, will run several hours late and charge significantly more then quoted once they pick up your items and hold them hostage until you pay extra money via cash or zelle - steer clear! Threatens people that make honest reviews. All positive reviews likely fabricated

Edited to respond; helped a friend of mine move so I wouldn’t be their customer and I never will be. This review is factual.

Unethical company that helped a friend of mine move; will charge you negotiated amount upfront then after they collect your items they will add on significant additional charges and refuse to finish the delivery until you pay hundreds to thousands of dollars more. Added charges for every little thing. Runs significantly later than they say and keeps telling you they’re almost there (8+ hours behind) Had to get the police involved to get our property back. Plenty of OTHER reputable moving businesses in the area you should look at before giving these crooks a dime.

Easy Relocation was excellent, I had a long distance move and they were professional and very transparent of everything. The owner Jim is very honest and made things right when he really didn't have to. Looking forward to working with them again if I comeback to the area. Only thing I would like say to potential customers when getting a quote is to itemize every item you have, the more details of the items you give, the more accurate the estimate will be so you won't be surprised with any extra fees.

They did the job but is slower than other movers and charged 300$ more than the initial estimate. Unlike other movers they also force you to pay before they unload the belongings.

Edit : the company reached out and explained the reason for increased final cost and resolved my concerns regarding the job.

Please heed the warnings and avoid this moving service at all costs as they exhibit predatory behavior.

I strongly advise against using this moving service. Initially quoted $900 for a 33-mile move, the movers demanded an additional $600 once my belongings were on the truck, refusing to unload until I paid the extra amount.

Attempts to speak with a supervisor were ignored, showcasing their blatant disregard for customer service. Additionally, Dimitri, the driver, became very disrespectful and aggressive, and as an older individual, I was taken aback by his level of disrespect. When I called to speak with someone, the phone rang repeatedly, and they never returned my call.

This company is a scam; their positive reviews are likely fabricated. They are dishonest and not reputable.

If possible, I would give them zero stars.
