I used this company for my move. Not only did I book them a day before needing them, but I underestimated the amount of items I had. Was this an issue. NO. The guys I named Super Man and WonderBoy handled it all in stride. They added a reasonable price for my mistake and my move was finished in less than 3 hours. Even apologized for having me wait 5 minutes for them getting to my new place after me. Beltsville to Baltimore, if I could 10 stars I would!

When doing research to prepare for my move, I've specifically asked about moving a Peloton Treadmill, as it expensive. Easy Relocation told me that they can as they have moved plenty and calculated that in my quote. Come moving day, the movers showed up 2 hours early which was a plus in my book, but after that it started to go downhill. While completing a walk through with the head mover in charge, he told me that I had to purchased additional materials for my 4 tv's, which I asked to used standard materials I was told can be used. The mover said he did not feel comfortable, so I carried all 4 TVs into my car. Then I was told I had to purchase cling wrap for my beds, which was not mention on my phone call with Will (the representative). I feel that they need to provide their customers with the pricing sheet for additional materials, so that they can have an idea of pricing, so there won't be an shocks or asking why when presented. Then when it came time to move my treadmill, he told me he didn't feel comfortable moving it because he didn't want to be responsible. I told him isn't that why movers have insurance, as you asked me to sign the sheet. I reached back out to Will informing him of the issue, in which he said they are able to move the treadmill and didn't understand the issue. The mover refused to load it up and I had to pay an additional $400 for another moving to company disassemble and move. I asked for a reimbursement for the inconvenience, as I was specifically quoted for the item and they told me no. The head mover in charge kept trying to apologize, but an apology does not change the situation, my feelings or the fact that I had to pay additional money for another mover, when I had people here already. Then they also broke my large armoire, that I was also specifically quoted for. Overall, I do not recommend this company, as their movers and representatives are not on one accord when relaying information to clients.
A total rip off! The staff are rude! Will is extremely arrogant and unprofessional as well as the manager. I was so stressed by the entire experience. I had to threaten to call a lawyer due to the lack of communication and confusion with the driver in unloading my furniture. The interesting part about the horrible experience was that after the driver of the moving truck calmed down he told me a lot of customers complain and threaten to call the police due to him being blamed for the policy of the main office. Will, portrays himself as a nice professional employee but lacks conflict resolutions in order to satisfy the customers needs. AGAIN, it was A HORRIBLE experience on a day I should have been relaxed & excited about my move. I paid 2000 dollars which I was quoted around 1200. . BEWARE it’s better companies who will treat you with excellent customer service. They are money hungry and will intentionally go over the time frame in order to get extra fees..
We had an awful experience with this mover. They showed up without masks and were unwilling to use ours. They were surly and argumentative about the whole subject. They forced us to reschedule and had the temerity to charge us a $200 rescheduling fee. When the second try at moving came around we had brand new masks for them, but they kept taking them off unless we were right on them to insist.
The final price was almost double the estimate even though we provided exact details on what was to be moved. They even tried to charge us the rescheduling fee twice. The only good thing was they managed to move everything and only broke one minor item.
