This place is an absolute JOKE!
The manager or whoever he is, named Terry Smith is either a complete and total narcissistic sociopath, a complete and total idiot, or a criminal running multiple illegal schemes out of this storage unit...
There's numerous people living in various storages throughout the property, Terry picks and chooses which ones he wants to enforce the rules (AND STATE LAWS) with, and which ones he lets slide..... Why? Extra money in it under the table perhaps. And then he will accuse other people of living in the unit who absolutely DO NOT, and kick them out as a result!!
Example:
There is/was this nice and very helpful man and woman renting the until right in front right next to the office who he accused them of living in the unit and kicked them out. They were absolutely NOT living there, they were there quite a lot, but that's because they were running their small business out of it, which on the website it states that they 'SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGE' the use of their units for businesses. The guy was always very helpful with everyone around helping people with things and doing welding for people free of charge, he welded a part of my trailer for me on the leaf spring and didn't charge me a dime.
I numerous examples of the strange and downright SHADY things going on around there involving Terry.
A couple months ago the front gates were 'broken' nad remained wide open day and night for about 3 months!
I've talked to several other tenants renting until there who have had their units robbed, some of them multiple times....
And Terry struts around there with his arrogant attitude and is condescending with everyone he interacts with.... It's just unbelievable!
Avoid this place at all costs !

very rude customer service manager terry . I went to storage office sandy July 7th and request for book 10th July but manager said you have to pay for today if you want to move 2 days later than i agree with him and I ask him are you manager her after that he was rude with me and through my ID . I rent that same storage last year but unit was not ready in 5 days and lock was broken. Attn: Owner (MARK WELLS ) Apex Storage please check your offer CC camera who was rude with customer.
