This was an awful experience. From the beginning where they did not take inventory down currently, not having some items even number. Then losing some items and now its up to me to figure out what number was lost. We were not even an estimate date of delivery. After days of calling, was finally able to get a date. Was told the carrier would follow up with a time, but never did. Then the day of, was given a time between 6-7 which is way to late for a drop-off. Ended up being close to 2 hours late. Didn't finish until 11PM.

DO not recommend

Absolute disaster. I don't know what these folks are smoking, but they did exceedingly poorly by this customer. Run away immediately. They began with high pressure sales tactics, promise the moon, take a loose inventory via phone and then whack you when routine things they didn't ask about (like a dining/kitchen table and chairs) don't show up on their check list. This is exactly what happened to me...I hadn't used a moving service in nearly a decade and never for a long distance move. I answered their questions to the best of my ability and then they send a crew of three with a truck barely big enough to fit my stuff. It took them two days to clean out my 3 bed 2 bath condo. I fed them, I took them to the bank and I helped them find lodging when it became clear they didn't have the manpower to get the job done in one day. I should have know something was amiss when they insisted on Postal Money Orders (not Cashier's Checks or a simple credit card) in order to proceed. Halfway through he move, and you can see this coming a mile away, they said they needed another $750 to finish the job (in a Postal Money Order or Cash...On a Saturday night, which amounts to a Sunday...They were only too happy to take my $750 deposit on a credit card over the phone, but deal with this situation via credit card? Absolutely not...So they had me, I had to pay cash with no other alternative). Look, this was not an easy move in all fairness; I have 4500 CDs and 1200 albums, but these guys would have needed another day easy if I hadn't helped them move me the entire time. Without my labor it would have taken another whole day no doubt. Their foreman was argumentative and lazy in my opinion. I did my best to work around him, but he made this whole experience much worse than it had to be. But if this was all that went wrong I would have been ecstatic. They manhandled my possessions from top to bottom. Anything the least bit heavy got dinged. Couches, album crates, CD racks, L shaped desk, framed pictures and worst of all, my Grandfather clock, which they had the nerve to charged me $100 extra for special handling. What a joke. I had several framed rock posters that I can't replace. I carefully placed them in position to be handled with care en mass and because they ran behind and they slammed them together in packs of five without a single sheet of bubble wrap between them. Some of them made it with a dent or ding, but about 12 of them showed up with broken glass, which in some cases scratched the poster beyond repair. My leather couches have scratches on the back and tears underneath. Two other couches had backs that you could unscrew, but they couldn't quite get them back the way they found them so all my living room furniture is officially on its last legs as a result. They took apart my L shaped desk and failed to put it back together even after scuffing the feet of the desk. When I struggled to try and do it myself after they left I inadvertently flecked a one inch piece on top of the desk right off the top. Broken. Never would have happened with two people. I dutifully photographed everything and submitted a claim. They made me wait nearly 40 days before sending me a check for $300. $300! Laughable. You know they didn't even submit the claim to their insurance because there was $3000 worth of damage easy. They could have cut that check the same day I made the claim. I'm sure they just overcharged some other poor sap to make up the difference. I have repaired ten of the framed pictures that were salvageable and I'm already into that for $1500. The Grandfather clock was flat mauled. They broke the base floor off and stuffed it on top. I didn't even notice it before submitting the claim. They gauged the front with three scratch marks that looked like a wolverine clawed it. Deep cuts. They lost the key to wind it so I had to buy another one. My stereo speakers got cuffed around too. The worst part of this is they tried to hide the damage instead of owning up to it. Worst move ever. Stay away!

The Apollo salesman was very helpful except when I had questions or emailed him. Never a response. They were middle range price on estimates. Communication is HORRIFIC. We booked our move 1 month in advance. I tried calling about making changes to inventory and was always put on hold. Finally after much frustration I spoke with Seth who was rude . On moving day we were told they would be here between 10-12 a.m. I had to call movers at 1:00 and were told they had mechanical issues and would arrive between 3:30-5:00. I understand stuff happens but had I not called, I would have not gotten a phone call. It is 6:25 and we are still waiting!!!! Spoke to Seth again who rudely said we had a contract when my husband said he was tired of waiting and would find another company. He actually put him on hold!!! I am concerned about the reliability of my stuff getting to our new home. I will update this post when that happens. I try and give companies the benefit of the doubt. Thus far, steer clear.....

They are worst company I deal with they quoted me a price when the moving truck arrive the price when double I had a hospital bed they refuse to take it apart so it can take more room on the truck so they can charge more the are rip off after paying in full took over a month to get from New York to Florida every time I call they had a different story. When the truck arrive to Florida he would not back up the drive way so he could charge seventy five dollars more.Have of my stuff were missing also had some boxes from some one moving.

I asked for an estimate and after I advised them I would not be using them they continue to harass me. I have asked them to stop emailing and calling me yet it has continued for a month so far.
