If your planning on moving long distance like we did... Do NOT use Apollo Relocations Inc. Just recently, I've learned that this company has a C- rating with the Better Buisness Bureau and has a 2.2 star rating on Facebook. If you read those comments, it's mostly 1 star. Shame of me for not doing my research earlier but they were my last resort because the previous moving company refused to take my things if I didn't pay extra. This is how all these moving company's work! They steal your money!

Apollo Relocations Inc. are ripoffs... They took my deposit and the truck never showed up to my house!!!! Now they won't give me back my deposit claiming that they did come and I wasn't answering their call! Hello, it was a move half way across the county, I was counting on them!!! And I was home waiting for the next 2 days. No one called nor responded to my emails. I am currently disputing the charges and filed a complaint with the better business bureau and consumer affairs!! This company is a nightmare! As a result I had to rent my own truck and truck driver to get my furniture and belongings to Texas from New York!! Totally despicable! They should not be allowed to do this to people! And guess what Apollo I'm not going away until you refund me my deposit!!

Stay as far away from this company as possible. Look them up. They are out and out crooks. They broke our contract and lied to my credit card company. They lied to the Better Business Bureau. They have countless bad reviews on line . Pay attention. The only good reviews have been made by employees. Beware of SETH and Johanna. They will arrive at your house in a broken down uhaul truck with 3 sub contractors. This is no big 53' foot Apollo Truck. I have been told by one of the sub contractors named Danielle this is happening over and over and he feels bad for the customers but nothing he can do. The comments that are positive are not real. I found one on fb and she is barely 20yrs old and said she moved 8 times with Apollo. Credibility ZERO !!! And don't you love the auto response. I called. No return cal EVER.

Can't say anything positive about this company, they're a scam. They will call you last minute telling you they have only a little bit of space left on a truck JUST FOR YOU. They're lying they tell everyone that. Tell them to 'F' off if they call you. Spoke to 3 individuals most rude people I've ever talked to, Deana, Johanna(a manager) and the last was a desk rep. They don't actually have liability because they call the crappiest cheapest people to move your stuff NOT THEM. I put in for the better business bureau because they gave the worst customer service I have ever had. They also refused a corporate number even after asking 10+ times. I'm leaving a 1 star review on every website I can.

Rude and unhelpful.

My husband and I used Apollo Relocation when we were moving suddenly and needed to move within two days of calling them. They gave us a fair price, but then sub contracted out another moving company to get the job done. They used 8 Mile Road Moving & Storage based out of Missouri. To say the least, 8 Mile was a complete NIGHTMARE. The company wouldn't answer the phone when we called and took over a MONTH to deliver our stuff. When I would call ARS to ask about our stuff, the move, etc they would keep me on hold for over an hour at times, clicking in to see if I was still on the line then putting me back on hold. They refused to give me a discount even though they guaranteed delivery within 7-10 days, stating that in their contract they have up to a month for delivery. On the LAST day of their 'contractual month' 8 Mile delivered our things. Terrible service on both parts. Save yourself the nightmare and worry-- USE ANOTHER COMPANY.
