Apple Moving

We are repeat customers. Apple Moving has been a staple in Kingwood for years. Highly recommend them. Great service , trust worthy, polite and professional staff.

My move was just ok. I asked (and paid) for a 4-man team. Only 3 showed up. They were able to call a 4th person at some point. I was charged the 4-man rate for the entire duration which does not seem fair. Several items were damaged. Plus I paid for a 30-min break. I think a lengthy break should be off the clock. No response when I submitted this feedback... You only get rapid response when they are trying to acquire your business I suppose. I wouldn't recommend or use them again.

We had a great experience with Apple Moving. Nelson and his crew were careful, courteous and efficient. I highly recommend them!

We hired them to help us move…they gave us a quote and took the $500 deposit. Then a week before the move date they called and told us that they “forgot” to tell us of the storage fee and holding fee when when gave them this plan, increasing our fee by another $1000 or more. We canceled and 3 weeks later did not receive a refund, called many times and the last time they told us “we can’t refund you until the owner comes back” but can’t give us even an ETA of when they are coming back! Seems like a scam business. Went to our bank and refuted the charge…I wouldn’t recommend this company.
