Apple Moving Houston

Great job by the 3 guys I had for my move. Showed up on time , good attitude, very careful with everything, packed efficiently and we’re very fast. Price was beyond fair, I would recommend to anyone looking to move in the north/east Houston area.

Friendly service both at scheduling and the crews they send out. On-time, dependable, hardworking, and competitively priced moving option.

I've used Apple Moving before and used them recently again because I was pleased with their work previously.

However this time they disappointed. The movers did show up on time and completed the job in a timely manner, however, they (1 mover in particular) was careless and caused damage to walls and scratched my wooden floors. I contacted the company during the move, and Joy was helpful and emailed me information regarding a claim which I submitted and am still waiting on.

Apple Moving offers competitive pricing and delivers as promised, and mistakes do happen, but their one mover in particular really needs to be more careful and not damage people's houses during the moving process.

UPDATE:
After submitting my claim and pictures, Sean, who was very friendly and professional, reached out and scheduled a time to come out and take a look at the damage. He asked me if I could get quotes for the wall repairs, all of which came back extremely high. I asked if he had someone reasonable who could do the job, and he did, but it might take a couple weeks which was fine with me as I refuse to do business with price gougers.
He sent out Omer who did a fantastic job with the wall repairs. Omer was very friendly and respectful to the house, and very well mannered.

I'm changing my original rating to 5 stars as Apple Moving stands behind their work and makes customers happy, which is hard to find nowadays. Great job and I highly recommend.

This was my first time using Apple Movers. They were recommended by a friend. They did not disappoint. The crew arrived on time..as a matter of fact, they arrived a few minutes early. They were very efficient. We moved two households into one and they did a fabulous job. The crew ensured all our furniture was well protected.
I hope not move again any time soon..but if I do..I would use Apple Movers! I highly recommend!

Apple movers is great! I refer all my clients to them and never had a complaint. They just moved my mother-in-law and three guys worked hard for 6 hours and did not break or scratch anything.
