Read the bad reviews guys ,they all have one single complaint of property damage, and the reason is because its true. They damaged my staff so bad I thought it was personal, like they did it on purpose.they just moved me and i tipped the guys( wish I could get a refund, its the most regrettable tip i ever gave,)but later they had scratches all over my washer and dryer,(So, for one do not tip until you are done arranging/inspecting furniture) :they yanked out the vent to drier because they didn’t have tools, they also scratched my chest, damaged my piano stand, had scratches on my wall by the front door.Damaged my baby crib and lost reassembly screws and nuts. I even posted payment from my account so they dare not deny they moved me..Please go elsewhere, I was previously getting movers from uhaul_dot_com and never had an issue, not a scratch, but one friend mentioned them and I tried them, I was unfortunate to be one of those with a bad experience, what is more disturbing is that I did not see a single bad review where there satisfactorily remedied the situation.(Mostly when sellers do remedy situation they request you edit your review to reflect it, so my guess is that they was not a remedy for the few unfortunate customers) so far, 24 days after my move no one has reached out, not even for a post service survey! The owner just responded to my comment about going public with a bad review, but never bothered to reach out. Worst service ever.Good luck with them, they are the worst!

Apple Moving was great! They were referred by a company in Austin, and we couldn't be happier with the service we got. The crew took really good care of everything. They listened when I said I needed some extra care taken with a few pieces of furniture by wrapping them with blankets and shrink wrap. They asked me where I wanted everything when unloading, and took the time to disassemble and reassemble everything, including putting bookshelves back in place. They were efficient, and clearly pros at loading the truck. Couldn't believe there was room to spare, but there was!

Highly recommend. It was a much better experience than our last time moving. Price was right too. Would definitely use again.

I want to emphasize that this company's performance has been absolutely unsatisfactory. I have given it a one-star rating as required by posting regulations. The consequences of my interaction with this company have been extremely negative. Even after eight months post-relocation, my damaged belongings are still unresolved. This negative review is entirely justified, and it is crucial for the company to seriously reconsider their actions. They mishandled several valuable items, including an 85” TV, which they attempted to conceal. They also completely destroyed several precious irreplaceable items. In my experience, they are the worst company I have ever worked with. I strongly urge you to avoid the headache and seek services from another company! They also left a complete disaster of a mess when they left with all their garbage all over my front lawn at both locations
