Went to purchase some moving blankets. Very helpful and friendly!

My uhaul reservation rental was blocked in with no employee on site to move the other vehicle. After an hour on the phone with uhaul, I finally got my rental. The vehicle had no gas, and once to my destination I discovered it had no dolly. I was later told the dolly was previously stolen and had not been replaced. I asked for a partial refund and was told sorry, but nothing they could do about the experience. Worst rental I have ever had and not a good moment for uhaul
