I had high expectations for Arch Moving Service, given the positive reviews and the promises on their website. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but satisfactory. We chose Arch for our move on February 28, 2025, primarily due to my husband's recent back injury, trusting their advertised reliability.

To our dismay, the movers who arrived informed us that one of the movers were still in training and seemed inexperienced. What was supposed to be a four-hour job, at a quoted rate of $160.00 per hour, stretched into nine agonizing hours. During transit, the movers made several unnecessary stops with our belongings unsecured in the truck.

Shockingly, my husband to assist despite his physical condition and the professional service we had paid for. As a result, our sofa fabric was ripped, dresser legs were bent and scratches marred our televisions, impacting one unit’s display.

To add insult to injury, the final bill was over $1,400.00—far exceeding the initial quote despite the poor service and damages incurred. I am left extremely frustrated and disappointed with Arch Moving Service. I hope they take immediate action to rectify the situation and prevent similar experiences for other customers.

Avoid at all costs if you expect a seamless and professional moving experience.

These guys were the best! Sergio and Rick were great to work with! I bid multiple companies for our move and Arch was the most reasonable and high quality. They wrapped everything and handled everything with care. They did not stop moving and worked very efficiently. Highly recommend!

The brothers were quick and efficient and also super friendly. 10/10 would definitely hire them again. If you can special request the brothers I would!
