While I have not personally used Area Storage I have had the opportunity to do business with them. In the automotive repair industry, your truck is your tool and you get what you give. As in the age old expression, where there is smoke, there’s fire. That applies to vehicles especially trucks, if you have a part such as an injector fail, then there is an extremely good chance that the remaining injectors are likely to fail. Not to mention the fact that the other injectors end up taking a beating in an effort to compensate for the falling injectors.
Area runs a fleet of old vehicles and prefers to do the minimal amount to keep them in service. That is just not how any top tier fleet maintenance and repairs facility goes to business. When our suggested repairs were turned down and we were advised to fix only the failing parts on the vehicle ignoring the potential for future failure, the vehicle of course was still not 100 % Of course, as with any moderately sized company does, they attempt to pass blame, cast allegations and point fingers.
As stated, I can not attest to how Area operates in their craft but when I employ a close friend of the fleet director and they can’t manage to coordinate that definitely says a lot. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR PROFESSIONALISM STEER CLEAR!!!
