Great staff, confused on some of the paperwork but they got it clear. Drive was good, plenty of room in the cab. Will use again on the next move.

The only reason I'm giving one star is because Google makes you give something to publish your post. 4 different trucks, 3 mechanics, 25 phone calls later- the move was complete. Absolutely ridiculous from start to finish. My favorite part was probably when we were stranded in Minnesota when we were supposed to be home at work and the customer service person told us: 'well you can never guarantee a vehicle won't break down. You should plan some cushion time in your trip.' YES! WE KNOW! We carved 48 hours into our trip and Budget ate them all up! Don't worry- they offered us $40 for our rental. Save yourself and your family. Do not use them.
