Arizona Reliable Movers

Logan and Marcos were awesome and when they sent a lift truck to move my house and not a truck with a ramp, which would extend the move time, they did right and got me taken care of! Glad they sent a third guy cause one of the first two, not the ones listed above, was lazy and not motivated to work. I will use them again in a heart beat.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! You will be left high and dry waiting for them to show up. Nobody answers the phone and promised call backs never happen. My girlfriend wasted a whole day waiting for this company and had to pay extra days rent because this company was a no-show. Complete waste of a company. DO NOT HIRE THEM. Horrible experience and it wasn’t even happening to me. A friend had made a reservation on Saturday and they were supposed to be there from 12-2 but never showed up. She called them and then they rescheduled from 2-4 since they were running late. She promised my friend a discount and that they were on there way. By 5pm they still haven’t showed up so she tried reaching out to them and they didn’t respond. My boyfriend and I went to help her move and it took us two days to complete everything. Horrible service and they should remove the word “reliable” from their title since obviously they are not reliable in any way. It angers me that they would just blow off a single woman who was depending on the help.

Had a great experience with a very inconvenient move. Ronnie and Steve Kimber got me and all my belongings from Tempe to North Phoenix in a few short hours, all intact and showed care for the furniture. Diligent and efficient, these guys will not waste anyone's time.

Had the move all set up and then on the day of the move the time changed from 11- 1 then 3-4 then finally 7:00. By the time they got there I had moved most of my stuff, because I had to rent a trailer. Well the offered me a larger 10% inconvenience discount lol really ( I just spent $100 to rent a trailer) and a 2 hour min, charge which took them 1 hour to move the remaining item. So I did reach out to the manager during this time and did not receive a call back. Very poor service.
