Used Ark Movers for the first time and would definitely use them again. Very courteous guys, and they were very careful with the furniture and put everything where we wanted it. Highly recommended!!!

Review:
-Off by $1500 on the estimate
-Broke multiple things (desk drawer jammed in so far it can not be pulled out or used any longer, dresser drawers jammed in so hard that the tracks were broken and dresser needs to be replaced, massage chair broken because it was carried by the foot rest)
-Tried to deny breaking the massage chair even though it was witnessed
-Moved 1/2019 and STILL waiting for ARK to fix the massage chair (the only broken thing we asked them to fix)
-Spoke with SHELLEY about resolving the massage chair issue and received the most CARELESS and UNPROFESSIONAL response from her
-Went with this company because they had great reviews, but our experience was completely underwhelming and disappointing....hoping that ARK will redeem themselves and make this right
