Armor Storage

I will not recommend Armor Storage.
The Pros: It is a nice, clean place that is climate controlled.
The Cons: Once you move in, they have all the leverage and they will indiscriminately raise rates.

Armor Storage raised the rates over 31% just 6 months after I moved everything in to two units. Just the increase alone is over $1,500 per year. When I complained about the size of the rate increase, I was told that the units are still below market and they need to resurface the parking area. I checked with a friend who has units in Lacey and his was a 5% increase and starting at a much lower price. I get that climate controlled units are less common, but to hike up rates like this is very greedy.

We just moved out of one storage unit and into another. We worked with Trish. She was a great help, and great to work with. She made the whole process quite easy. Thanks to Trish for all your help.

Cannot express the level of customer service we received from Tammy and Trisha. Outstanding does not quite do it. They were helpful, have a great sense of humor and helped us in the greatest way possible. Moving and storing personal kings is stressful enough, but our interaction with these ladies relieved just a little of the uneasiness. 10 stars and above. Thank you both for a great and easy process.

Tammy is one of a kind! As someone with a retail management background myself, Tammy has always made the customer service experience helpful, smooth and friendly. I left retail five years ago to work for the state and I can tell you the service Tammy provides is above and beyond. She communicates well, she’s always available and I appreciate her professionalism and hospitality.
Thank you for helping me transfer units today and for sending me out the door with a laugh and smile. This type of customer service is very rare sadly- and I hope more can learn from her.
