I would definitely use this service again. The staff was very professional and careful with my belongings. Making the arrangements for the move went smoothly. I highly recommend Arnold's Delivery.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Worst experience ever. Emailed and spoke over the phone with the owners (Dedra and Dante) and confirmed a day, time and price for our move. Day of the move, I received an automated text stating they would be there within the hour. They never showed, so I left 3 voicemails and tried to text back to the auto text they sent. Nothing. My husband finally got someone on the phone and they said they didn’t have us down for the day and they would try to come with a pick up truck in the next hour. After it was all said and done they were 5.5 hrs later than the scheduled time and they rushed ever bit of it because they had other jobs to do that day still. They did a sloppy job moving our items and were very careless. They knocked chairs into walls, left multiple areas of damage on almost every item and the worst part is they left us hanging without finishing the job!! They stated over the phone they could hoist the couch up to our upper unit with no problem, but once they got to the house they said they would need another guy. They put our couch uncovered, in the rain and sitting in our landlords flower bed as they unsuccessfully tried to hoist the couch over the upper railing. After realizing they couldn’t hoist it up they said they would be back in no more than 90 minutes with a guy named Mike to help hoist. They put my wet, grass covered couch and soaking wet wooden kitchen table ( that they left in the rain) in my landlords garage, saying they would be back. They never came back! They wouldn’t pick up the phone after that. They took our money and never came back. So we had to call another mover to come take care of getting the rest of the items in the house. You’ve been warned. They made an already stressful move unbearable.

Reply: I absolutely had a ‘contract’ with you. I have the back and forth emails to prove that you were supposed to be at my house on a certain date for a certain amount. After which I called you directly and confirmed it verbally with Dante via phone. We confirmed again the date, time and amount. You never mentioned a deposit or I WOULD HAVE PAID ONE!! You guys just overbooked, took our money, messed up my furniture, left because you had other jobs to do and then NEVER CAME BACK!! Why don’t you speak to that Diedre? You are sitting here lying and trying to make it sound like you are an honest company that keeps their word. Your husband left my soaking wet furniture in a garage and NEVER CAME BACK TO FINISH!! He is a real man of his word alright. Just don’t bother with this company folks. They are LIARS and horrible movers!
