Kim Kerns was absolutely wonderful! She helped us along each step of the way very professionally. She was so pleasant, very competent and super efficient.

Renting a unit from Arnoldsville Storage was a very easy experience to start and to close. The office manager was very kind and helpful. Our household items were safe and in good condition when we moved them out.

Been using this place for quite some time now. Never had an issue. The office is always nice when I’ve had to call them. My main concern is the gate is never closed anymore at the arnoldsville lot. I live just down the road and it’s open all day long and all night long. Mentioned it to the office a month ago and they say they had no idea it was open and would pass it along. Still wide open.
