My whole experience with Around the Block Moving has been great. It was easy to schedule the move over the phone and the sales rep answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had.

My movers Antoine and Freddie arrived at 9AM and were very friendly and professional. I was in a 1bed/1bath apartment, and they had everything packed up into the truck in an hour.

I had 2 stops scheduled, 1st stop at a storage facility and the 2nd at a house. Again, they quickly unloaded the truck and placed all my items into storage and stacked it neatly in place. 2nd stop was also nice and easy. It's clear to me that Antoine and Freddie are great at their job and took care of my stuff. They worked together as a team and had all my stuff moved much quicker than I expected.

The only item I was concerned with is my TV, which is an OLED that has a very thin glass panel. They were careful when packing the TV and moved it together. I got the TV setup and it's working great! Safe to say they were very careful with my fragile items, even the very large ones.

My overall the experience was easy and painless, and I'm glad I chose ATB. Would easily use them again and would recommend them. Thank you!

If you’re considering hiring ATB Moving for your next move, I urge you to reconsider and look for a different company. My recent experience with them while helping a friend with her move was nothing short of a disaster, and I want to share just how horrendous it was.

To start, we had scheduled the movers to arrive between 12 PM and 2 PM, but ATB Moving decided it was perfectly acceptable to call my friend at 9 AM to demand that they come immediately. Yes, you read that right—9 AM! When my friend explained that she needed more time to finish packing, their so-called 'supervisor' took it upon himself to threaten her with an ultimatum: let them come now or they would cancel the move altogether. I can’t imagine a more unprofessional and aggressive approach to customer service. Moving is already a stressful process, and instead of working with us, they chose to bully my friend into submission.

But that’s just the beginning of their incompetence. After forcing her to accept their new schedule, the driver managed to get lost on the way to her place and showed up at 11 AM instead of the agreed-upon window. And guess what? They still had the audacity to charge her from 9 AM, billing her for time they weren’t even present. This is pure extortion, plain and simple.

If you value your sanity and want to avoid additional stress during your move, do yourself a favor and steer clear of ATB Moving. Their lack of professionalism, aggressive tactics, and dishonest billing practices are enough to make anyone’s moving experience a nightmare. There are plenty of other moving companies out there that will treat you with respect and handle your move with the care it deserves—ATB Moving is not one of them.

Save yourself the headache and find a reliable moving service. ATB Moving is a disaster waiting to happen.
