Firstly, upon pulling into my driveway, they had run over a landscaping light and immediately denied doing so, regardless of leaving a tire track across the yard. I had packed and moved some stuff myself to try to keep costs down, but I felt these movers moved as slow as they could in order to charge as close to the estimate as possible. They took 1 hour and 15 minutes to pack, and almost 4 hours to unpack. Granted there was an elevator and hallway, 20 minutes per trip was executive. Not to mention being over charged for insurance of things I’d moved myself, and exaggerated drive time that included cleaning out the empty truck. I wouldn’t use these movers again. Though they’ve been a long time, they’re just as shady as any others.

They stole my belongings. And the most expensive personal items. Now I am working with law enforcement. They dare not take this down. Don’t fall for the nice talking and visit you will get ; when you’re belongings are stole they won’t even speak with you.

Care was taken in moving out and in of our belongings. Thank you for a smooth move!

I really appreciate recycling materials and being able to get used boxes for packing. Moving day was efficient and my furnishings were well-cared for. I have used Arpin for all my moves and highly recommend them.
