Set up to have them show up and help me load a uhaul, was told to call him on the way back from the u haul rental and they would meet me. Didn’t answer or call back and I had no help to load the furniture into a u haul I rented and only had the day to get loaded up. College hunks movers was able to help last minute, and were very professional, I would recommend calling them they will actually show up and not leave u hanging with no response.

Corey helped us with a last minute booking as another company took our money and didn't show up for our move. He went out of his way to try and help us and we deeply appreciated his assistance. He was super professional and they did a great job. Thank you Corey!

Made an appointment for 10 days in the future with Corey. I tried to confirm with them the day before but did not hear back. The next day they messaged me 45 minutes before they were supposed to arrive to ask if they could arrive 2 hours later. It seemed like I didn't have a choice so I went with it. Almost 2 and 1/2 hours later I get a call that they can't make it and ask if they could do it tomorrow due to an emergency. Moving isn't really something that you can change on a dime like that and everything was packed up. They Said they would find somebody else. A guy called me a couple hours later and said that he would do it for more than double the cost of the original estimate. This whole thing was either a bait and switch or somebody who is not very good with business. If you're looking for someone who is reliable, look elsewhere.

Corey the owner lied twice about sending someone to come help me move. The first time he forgot to send someone, I had just broke my figure, so I stupidly took a second chance at rescheduling because I couldn't proceed with the move that day myself. The second day we had scheduled he did the same thing. Answered, saying he forgot and that he'd call me right back. This time because I didn't concede to needed help on the day of though, he stopped answering my calls all together. I can't start to explain the pain this company put me through....
