If I could give zero stars I would. We drove three days to NC with a full load. We had scheduled this company to unload our moving truck upon arrival. They never showed up, never answered the phone and never called us back. I left several texts and messages. No response. This is so unprofessional. We were exhausted from driving across the country and these people decide to not show up. Unreal. I had to hire another company on the fly. It cost me more to have someone come the same day but we had to have the help. Don’t hire these folks and don’t listen to whatever nonsense he’s going to post in response. It’s ridiculous and unprofessional and flat out rude. Zero stars. Find someone else.

Asheville Moving Helpers (Woody and Anthony) are a very experienced professional moving team. They unloaded two trailers in South Asheville on two different days, one into our townhome with a 4 person crew and another into storage with a 2 person crew. They were on time, courteous, resourceful, energetic and paid a lot of attention to the little things as well as the big ones. They called my family’s attention to things that required any kind of review or decision. They were very helpful moving things around as many, many decisions were being made on the spot.
