They steal your deposit and never show up. Contacted the Buncombe County Sheriff and was informed that he has been arrested on numerous meth and larceny charges and is pending investigation on other complaints. They are looking for Duane Plaskett for questioning related to several burglary's and thefts in the Asheville area

I wish I could red flag this business. I paid a deposit which he demanded aggressively prior to my move. The day of my move it did lightly snow. I never heard from him so I assumed I was ok to move all my boxes down three flights of stairs as I told him I would in effort to shorten his time requirement. At the time of scheduled move I began trying to text all info on how to get into apartment complex. After no response I began to beg that he didn’t screw me over as am a single mom with no local support. I even sent a photo of all mine and my sons stuff downstairs. No response. Called many times.... nothing. Finally when I excepted he wasn’t coming I began asking for my deposit which was sent electronically through Zelle. He then blocked my number. I had my mother who lives out of state contact him (it went through) he didn’t respond. Angels that were strangers to me helped me. I rented a uhual myself and strangers helped me with no notice. After posting publicly what he did to me he magically was able to respond and say his phone wasn’t working. I guess the internet was down too because he emailed me a contract after my deposit. Just asked me to stop leaving public honesty about what he did to me. I again said I will take a warrent out if I don’t get my deposit back. No response. I will updat if he does return my money tomorrow ! Just sad what people do to others

Yesterday Woody did not show up to move my daughter after taking her $150 deposit. To save money she moved all of her boxes from the 3rd floor to the ground level on her own. He was supposed to move the heavy furniture and boxes. When he was late she texted him and sent him a picture of her belongings in front of the apartment and it was snowing. He blocked her and has never responded. Woody, please get in touch with my daughter to refund her money unless you want to have legal action taken against you.
Do not use this company, total scam.

They ripped a customer off on Facebook without returning deposit and blocked the customer from messaging them
