The Relocation Coordinator was awesome and really worked with us due to a very trying personal situation that occurred during our move and delayed our delivery. The owner also worked with us financially to ensure we were completely, 100% satisfied with the service we received. After relocating 600 miles, this personal touch and genuine concern for our well-being was much appreciated and we highly recommend this moving company to any family looking to relocate. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.
I called to talk to the owner of Assured Relocation Services and the employee who picked up phone was extremely rude and hang up on me while I was still talking.
I called back and he asked me if I wanted to talk to his supervisor, a d another man picked up the phone and was trying to imitate my accent mix and some type of a language.
RUDE, RACIST, and DISRESPECTFUL is what this company is all about.
