Do not work with this company. Even if you really work with this company, please be careful on everything.
Before signing the contract, the representative claimed they had a very good deal and answered our question (in email and phone call) very quickly and detailed. However, after I signed the contract, everything changed (including their attitude, communication, promise and price).
They did not deliver the piano to our apartment and gave us conflicting excuses. Finally, we had to pay an additional $600 by hiring the local moving company to move the piano from the Atlas contracted warehouse to our apartment.
At time of moving, they overcharged us the moving cost.
After the move, I tried to contact the company more than 10 times by email and phone call. The phone call mostly went to the automatic answer machine and I never got the phone call returned. There were two times I talked to Dave (the company owner) on the phone. He made promises to tell us the solution either on the Friday of that week or within two days. However, we did not hear any response when that day came.
More than 1 month after the final move, I received the check for the partial refund and the receipt. I have to say that every item in the receipt has higher price than the ones shown in the estimate document. Unfortunately, they didn’t provide an explanation on why the final price was higher.

Lanny assured us everything was going to be ok and everything taken apart would be put back together. These guys are clowns, 3rd generation movers my butt, I should have just rented a Uhaul and dragged the important stuff behind us an it would have shown up in better condition. There is always a excuse and it's always someone else s fault and then when you get pissed he doesnt pick up your call. Everything thing is broken and everthing is in pieces. Good job guys, way to #!$×! Up a move!

Don't ever go with this company, they charged us more than the estimate, they ripped my brand new couch before they wrapped it, and all the numbers and letters they put next to each piece of furniture is them saying in code that your furniture is no good so they are not responsible for any damages. They took a chunk out of our brand new futon, and I'm not even done unpacking, I'm almost scared

AVOID...BEWARE. Having moved from Palm Coast, Florida to Radcliff, Kentucky, I must say it was a most dissatisfying experience. Everything was great until after they loaded the van and received the $1,800+ . Lanny Jr. assured us that we would hear from the driver every day in order to plan to be at the new address. The range date was from 6/8 to 6/19. We heard absolutely NOTHING from them. My wife called and received no return, emailed and received nothing. We were finally able to communicate on 6/15 where we heard ' I am very sorry you have not received word about your shipment. I have been having problems with my phone and receiving voice mails. Your shipment is loaded and should be delivered the first part of next week. The driver will call you at least 24 hours in advance of your delivery to schedule a time with you. I have called him and am awaiting a return phone call.' This is kind of like 'the dog ate my homework.'

Wouldn't one think that they would have at least returned an email? What a poor way to run a business based on false promises. Finally, on the 19th, the last 'promised' date, we heard that the delivery would be 'soon.'
On the 23rd (three weeks after the loading date) and four days after the latest promised date, the shipment arrived. A lamp was broken, an antique roll top desk was broken in three different areas and is now unusable. The Great Atlas God offered a total of $84 for reimbursement for a 100 year old desk...again the poorest customer service. I spent more on lunches and tips than they offered for reimbursement.

A terrible, terrible experience...DO NOT HIRE Assured Relocation Services of DeBary, Florida or Atlas in general.
