. Despite signing the rental agreement online and receiving detailed instructions, I encountered significant issues upon arrival on the scheduled day. The access code provided did not function, and the facility was closed, preventing me from accessing my unit.

As a result, I was forced to make alternative arrangements on short notice, causing considerable inconvenience. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that the access code should have been functional and that there was no on-site assistance available on weekends.

I requested a refund for the unused unit, but was denied based on the terms of the contract. While I understand the company's policies, I believe it is important to note that the initial issue was due to a failure in their internal processes, which directly impacted my ability to use the rented space.

I hope that this feedback will be considered by the management team to improve their customer service and ensure that future renters have a more positive experience.'
