Awful company. To echo other reviewers, they will charge you much more than estimated upon arrival. They also took the max amount of time allowed to deliver our belongings, as well as failed to set up all the tables, chairs, and couches. They handle belongings poorly too. They damaged our bikes with scratches through the paint down to the frames and damaged disc brakes, and are unwilling to compensate us anywhere close to what it will cost for repairs. Their communication is awful as well. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Real movers, not a broker. Good price!

Cross country move from DC to CA was a disaster! For pickup, they ended up charging me DOUBLE what the original quote was, because I had a 'few extra items' I didn't tell them about until a week before pick up. In my mind, these few extra items were only a handful of smaller items, and did not amount to 'double' the inventory that I originally gave to them. However, I was desperate at the time, so I paid.

For delivery, my new apartment allows 18 wheelers within the complex. However, the delivery driver claimed that his 18 wheeler could not drive down a specific road to my apartment so my only options were to (1) pay for a shuttle service (an extra $900), or (2) rent a U-haul for them to unload the items, and at that point, they will refuse to assemble or carry anything in my apartment beyond the U-Haul. I did not understand why it was MY responsibility to determine the driver's route prior to delivery, or why the driver couldn't just take a different route to the apartment, but that's how they play.

When the items were unloaded from THEIR shuttle and delivered to my apartment, several boxes were destroyed, several items had been dented, a box with some valuable items was missing, and my TV was completely destroyed with a large crack in the screen. Evidently, the movers on the east coast did not wrap the TV in any protective material before putting it in a cardboard box.

Filing a claim for damages was also a nightmare, because the basic insurance only offers you $0.60 per pound, so whatever the value of your damaged items are, you only receive its weight in lbs x 60 cents. Thousands of dollars in damages only amounted to a claim of $91. Ridiculous. I am beyond frustrated because this company takes all of these measures to protect themselves, and nickel and dime's you at every turn to charge you an exorbitant amount of money, only to do a poor piss job in the end, and you cannot even claim actual damages when they were the ones responsible for handling your items. Please take your business elsewhere, this company is NOT worth it!

Fair price and great service

This company is the worse. Please don't use them. We relocated from Seattle to Chicago. Originally quoted 5-12 days for our stuff to arrive. It's been 23 days and I have not received any return calls or return emails from them. They don't answer phones or return phones calls. They are literally MIA. I'm filing an official complaint with BBB today. I will be writing a bad review daily until our stuff has arrived. This is absolutely ridiculous and remarkable that no one in this company cares about any kind of communication or customer service.

Day 26:
We got through to them today and now they are claiming they quoted us 31 days. This was a blatant lie. Not only were we quoted 5-12 days when we had them pick it up but a week and a half ago they said 21 days. Then they said 21 business days. Now they are saying 31 days. I fully expect them to say the next time 31 business days. Do not use this company. You will never get your belongings.
