Large units were scarce in Summer '22 and viewing property in advance wasn't possible so I paid full price (higher than most facilities on & off island) for July in order to reserve unit for August move. Climate Controlled? Not if your unit is at the end of an A/C run. Owner was adamant 88-91 degrees and zero air flow were acceptable and 'within range.' Of course higher temps mean higher humidity levels which are not good for furniture or soft goods. Mark & Sharon tried to work with me but the owner would only knock off less than 10% of monthly rental starting 3 months after initial contract. He couldn't have cared less when I gave notice and moved. Definitely not a satisfying experience!
