Manager was very nice upon meeting for a unit but recently had a price increase! The unit was not as big as i thought or hoped so i had found another i called 3 times and got no one left 2 meessages stating i wanted to cancel and i had never even put a single thing in the unit this was within 24 hrs of me renting the unit and my car getting stuck in the snow making it in possiable to get to my unit said plows come there but havent been i called to ask about refund and returning keys i found a bigger and cheaper unit and still no call back nor answer then 2 days later they went to charge my card thank god i paid my bills first!
