I have had this storage for almost 10 years the locks were changed to internal locks and I finally was down and needed in my storage that been paying for and get told no way till he comes back him hello I was never given a set of keys been paying my fees my husband is in the Army and we are stationed in fort Belvoir Va, I can't come back when ever I want but was told had to wait till next week. But he had someone to do what he's planning on doing still have to wait I'm not going to be here. So frustrated.
