We called several times to make sure everything was ready for us when we got to our storage unit. Then we inquired about hours of operation and needed some help to make our deadlines work out for us. Kelly was very supportive throughout the whole process. We appreciated his kindness, understanding, and patience.

They got us set up in 1 day. It was quick and easy and they were super friendly. Way easier than I though it would be.
