Atwater Security Storage

I can appreciate how CLEAN kind and thoughtful this storage facility has been. Especially when I was going though a tough time Jacqueline tried to help me as much as she could and I’ll be forever thankful

I had a wonderful experience at Atwater Security Storage. Not only are the staff friendly they are kind, accommodating, and very professional at their job. Thank you for working with my family.

If I could give one star, I would.
This company raises prices almost double one month to the next with little to no notice of it until the charge comes. I called to ask about this, was told a manager would call back to re-evaluate the price raise before the bill would be due, and never heard anything. When I called to end my lease, I was told to be out on a certain day before the end of the month AND THEY STILL CHARGED ME FOR THE FOLLOWING MONTH!
I do not recommend a place that does not take pride in their customers nor believes ‘the customer is always right.’
The customer service within the entirety of this company is not worth the one star the reviews make me put to write one.
