DO NOT HIRE....ATX Roadrunner Movers
On Friday I was in a pinch bc my original movers canceled last minute. I hired these ATX Roadrunner movers to move us from Austin to Canyon Lake. They did arrive on time. The first hour they were moving pretty quickly and in the last 30 minutes they moved alot slower. (of course, they charge by the hour) On the way to Canyon Lake, I started having chest pains and had to pull over and call 911 and was rushed to the hospital. ( I was having a silent heart attack) We got in contact with the dispatcher of the movers to let them know what was going on and to please not charge extra. They did have to wait a bit till someone got to our new house to let them start moving our stuff in. While they were waiting we told them to start unloading so we wouldn't be charged extra hours...they did not. They literally took 3 hours to unload everything bc no one was actually watching them. ...we didn't have much at all. They ended up charging me $600!!!! We were so disappointed in a so called professional moving company that they would take advantage of someone while they were in the ER.

Review:
Two gentlemen came to move me last Friday from Lago Vista to Cedar Park very nice and quick. After they assembled my king size bed the next day I went to change the bedding I noticed that the brand new bed had screws coming thru the sides due to them over tighting it. Called the guys and he said no worries I will come and look it tomorrow morning ever since then they blocked me on their phone. Thanks a lot see you in court remember I have all the pictures from the bed before and after.

Review:
I hired them for a local move from Austin to Georgetown. They did a fantastic job of protecting my furnitures. I had called multiple other movers and Will was the only one who was able to offer me reasonable price for such a short move. I also appreciated their punctuality. I would highly recommend them.
