Austin Moving and Storage Co. Inc. did an excellent job moving my wife and me from our home in Rocky Point, NY to our new home in Ridge, NY, five miles away.

We hired Austin first to take items to storage. The crew arrived on time and provided friendly, efficient, and competent service; we knew we had hired the right people for the move.

On moving day, the crew was ACES! They blanketed and wrapped and moved the furniture quickly and professionally. They took apart large pieces— king bed, dining room breakfront and table— and reassembled them perfectly in our new home, even assembling a new box spring we had just purchased.

The crew chief recognized me as a fellow Norwegian American! I liked him immediately. He was great at his work, packing the truck like a pro, keeping me informed, and making sure I was satisfied with everything. As well, he kept me entertained throughout. He and his crew wasted no time, completing the job in less than maximum predicted time, thus saving us hundreds of dollars.
