Auto Transport 123

Due to the current pandemic, I could not fly down to Florida to get my F350 Pick up. I priced out three different auto carriers and UT123 was the most reasonable. The whole process was hassle free. It almost seemed too easy. They picked up my truck, I was provided the drivers actual cell number and was able to communicate with him as he drove the 1100+ miles. I see a lot of comments about timing but I guess that is our generation that expects nothing should ever go wrong. I expected it would take some time to get across the country and I understand what it takes to pick up and deliver multiple vehicles. My vehicle was detailed when it left Florida and still looked great when it got to me in MN. My only issue is the driver wouldn't give me the Dodge Hellcat that was also on the truck with mine! ;)

Very disappointed Told us that they would pick up never picked up after 6 hours no phone call or update . Call 3 times kept me on hold for long time when i tried to cancel my order If I could give them no stars I would

Recently shipped from Alaska to Georgia. They used West Coast Auto Transport after it shipped fro m Alaska to Seattle financial department called me to say I owed $1000 I let her know it was already paid by my company to Auto Transport 123, I was talked very nasty to and hung up on. Called 123 Auto Transport they said they should have a invoice. West coast financial called back to let me know since I wont pay they my cat would be going into storage I have to pay for. Called 123 was finally resolved. My car was not enclosed I was expecting some dirt, but it was completely gross and inside smells of sweaty man. Don't do it, DON'T!!!
