Had this storage set up for my in law who lived close by. He had the unit for over 10 years. we always dropped payments in the box because there was never an attendant on site. At the end of 2019 we needed to get in contact with the management who NEVER returned calls. My husband called multiple times over the course of months and NEVER received a response. My in law decided to just let it go back in March. Today December 10 2020 the management called asking when we would make a payment. Not going to happen! Please be careful this company only wants money and they do not understand the importance of Customer Service. Try Road Runner Mini Storage in Bloomfield.
