This is a quality company! They were on time, professional, friendly, and got my move done in much less time than I expected. I highly recommend this B Light!
I used this company a second time with the same professional and courteous service! They were prompt and helped me when I needed to have a sofa picked up. I still recommend them!
Had a large heavy desk that required immediate help to transport. To my surprise a crew of three was there within twenty minutes and did a super job. Th8ey're on my favorites list for any future need!
B Light did a good job moving my antiques. On time and careful.
Very professional, moved three freezers for our Church. Called to confirm day before, called the morning of and were on time, work well done. Will call again if we need anything else moved. Thank you!
We own a moving company out of Knoxville TN and we recently hired this company to provide us with a couple of guys to help us unload 2 trucks on an out of state job we did this past week. At first, it seemed like it would be fine the owner seemed attentive and willing to help us so we scheduled for two guys to help us with our move when we got to Ohio from Tennessee. First thing off the bat, the two guys showed up late and one of them was obviously drunk and smelled of alcohol. The first thing they tried to help move was an antique desk that they dropped and broke but fortunately our driver was able to fix this. Later on after they unloaded the customers King bed, they were helping to unload the King Bed's Mirror Panels, one of which was resting on a bridge, our driver asked one of them to hold it for a minute so it didn't fall while the driver went and got some tools. Instead of just holding it and waiting for the driver, he kept trying to reposition it, even while our other employee was asking him to stop, and inevitably shattered the mirror panel. The panel, of course, was unable to be fixed so we called and got a quote from a local company for a replacement and then payed our customer the money to get it replaced. After the job was finally done, the customer went around to tip all the guys and these two gentlemen had already gone to their vehicle so the customer followed them to tip them as well, and walked up on them rolling up weed into a cigar in their vehicle in the customers driveway. The customer then came and brought this to my drivers attention. As you can imagine, I promptly called the owner to let him know of the unprofessionalism of his employees. At first, he seemed very disturbed by the news and eager to make this right with our company. He told us to send him the cost to repair/replace the mirror. When I did send him our invoice with the payment for the broken mirror and the customers signature, he told accused me of trying to run a con on him and that he wasn't going to pay us for the damages because he knew a guy that could do a mirror much cheaper. I explained to him that it wasn't a cheap mirror that was broken and that they didn't want a cheap mirror replacement and that the quote was for an identical replacement and have yet to hear anything else from him. I am going to assume he has no intention of paying for the damages done by his employees so therefore I just want to let people know about the type of experience you might be getting if you choose to do business with this company
