Review:

We had a VERY GOOD experience with this company. Needed to move out of an apartment quickly and B & M not only showed up on time (just before 8 a.m.) ad got the job done within 2 hours. Mike and Tom were both polite, organized and efficient. Highly recommend this company.

Absolute biggest piece of trash people and company. Thomas showed up an hour late. He stated they needed a bigger truck and would be back in 45 minutes. An hour and a half later, we contacted Missy, and she didn’t know what was going on. It didn’t make any sense to her that they weren’t here. After reading previous reviews, it appears this is their M.O. If you’re planning on moving something, I would suggest you look elsewhere unless you like dealing with the lowest form of human and being left in the lurch.

I booked B & M Movers for a local move. They showed up the morning of the move, said they needed to get a bigger truck, and never returned. I then called to find out what happened and they never answered or returned my calls. I had to move my entire house by myself. Dishonest and cruel. Don't even think about using them for your move.

The two gentlemen that came and helped me move started off good. The younger one of the two I think moving is not his full time job. He started off with all this high talk about him being able to do this and do that. I think it was the 4th or 5th trip up and down the stairs when he realized that he bite more then he could chew (ex the big bad wolf). He kept complaining that they had a bigger job before me and that his knee popped out of place. I started helping the older brother move my furniture because I did not won’t him to be moving alone. The younger brother eventually popped his knee back in place and then it popped right back out. The stairs, the moving, and the heat caused him the not be able to continue to help his brother move. He actually regurgitated 4 times and had to go sit in the truck for the rest of the move. I scheduled them for 2 hours for 2 movers and only received a good hour out of both of them. The other hour the brother was complaining and not really helping his brother move my belongings. And also I still had to pay for 2 movers for 2 hours. They would be great movers for only a first floor apartment or house anything other then you might have a problem.
