B & T Self Storage

I have rented multiple units here at BT storage over 20 years for my business from 5 x 5 to 10 x 20 size units and have always received professional service from Tom and staff and very clean units to rent at reasonable prices. Gets a five star from my company

This review may be less about B & T Self Storage and more about U-Haul, but unfortunately B & T seems to have little leverage with U-Haul.

I rented a U-Haul van on June 29 for local use for the day. I picked it up at B & T in the morning. As I was driving to load the van, I got a call from Lance, the U-Haul area manager. Apparently the equipment I was given was for a long distance trip to Florida that day. I was asked if I would be willing to return the van for a local van and if I did, Lance promised me a $50.00 credit. I returned the van and got another one.

Today is July 14 and I have yet to see my credit. I’ve had several phone conversations with B & T and they assure me they’ve reminded Lance about the credit. I’ve left Lance a voicemail and a text message - no response to either.

Unfortunately I don’t expect Lance or U-Haul to live up to their commitment so I’ve told B & T that in the future, I’ll rent my vans from Enterprise.
