B Transfer

I’ve been a customer with them for five years… As a single mother, I solely provide for my children. I have fallen behind multiple times. I have always paid all late fees.
Don’t leave these are charged four times a month ranging anywhere from $10-$50 a late fee as the rent is only $50 a month.
This time I paid them in full only to have to remove my stuff in two days time or they will throw it away!
I paid them in full. They unlocked my access gate code when I got to my storage unit they still have their lock on it hindering me from getting my stuff out. I cannot get a hold of them to remove their lock to get my belongings!
The lady in the office has always been very kind to me very understanding and has always worked with me.. After all, I end up paying double the amount of the rent they are making lots of money off of me, but now want me out, but their lock remains on my unit! I understand it is not the ladies fault in the office, but the upper hand!
I guess the lawsuit will be in placed!

One or the most cleanest and organized warehouse I ever delivered in my almost 20 years of being in the moving industry. If I'm not mistaken but the Warehouse Manager name was Rick..been with that company since 1981...I wanna thank him for being so polite helpful and patient we loaded 2 shipment that day for the warehouse and we waited patiently pass 5pm until we finished. THANK YOU RICK YOU ARE THE MAN

Bob and his team were absolutely amazing! We are a military family moving overseas and have never had a company take the care and time that Bob's team took. Not only that, they communicated and explained everything well and every single packer was thorough. We trusted each packer and were incredibly thankful for such a wonderful group of men to handle our belongings. Thank you so much Bob and team! You guys were amazing and the best!

Absolute worst moving company I have ever known. Did a military move with them they damaged many items of mine, dropped my coffee table in front of me. Sat and smoked a cigarette on my office chair without asking to use it. Told us that we shouldn't put a claim in for any of our stuff because our stuff isn't valuable enough and they are supposedly the best moving company in the world. I would never recommend them ever they were rude. Find someone else or do it yourself would be way better.
