Baby Huey's Moving & Storage

Movers complained the whole time and multiple pieces of furniture had damage. In addition furniture that was taken didn’t have the pieces kept together so couldn’t find legs dressers or screws to put tables back together. Worst experience ever.

They moved me 5 minutes away
and this was a neighborhood referral.
They lost a HUGE canvass picture AND my daughter's bed slates.

Carolyn won't return any of my texts or calls.
I was told by customer service to email Gary and I did that and two months later, still no response.

Also if you use credit card, there's a surcharge of 4% they want you to pay in cash or Venmo!!

The guys are always professional and so nice! Awesome attitudes and great work ethics set this company apart from the rest. I will use Baby Huey for every move, and you should too!

Raekwon and his team were wonderful. They were helpful, professional, and kind. They moved our 4 bedroom home quickly, efficiently, and they had great attitudes to boot. You can really tell that the team works well together and aim to provide the best customer experience. I’d recommend Baby Huey especially this particular team out of Houston.

UPDATE:

We put our things into storage at their facility. When it was time to move in, many of our items were broken. Large furniture items, broken. Many of our things were missing. The things that were missing were large items for example the shelving units for our garage, floor lamps, and other things. It has been over a month and now I do not get a response. They were thankfully able to track down some of my things but not all.

We are still missing things to date and we were promised that there would be someone, a wood worker who would fix our broken furniture, to say nothing of the small lets items that were broken. None of those promises have materialized.

I have moved across country more than once. I have never had this experience with a moving company before. We paid quite a bit of money for these services and to be so poorly taken care of has been infuriating to say the least. I have reached out so many times and still no resolution.

The workers on the delivery side did not want to work. Put boxes any and everywhere. They broke things bringing them in. Our boxes were all smashed up. On the delivery side they didn’t want to put together things they had undone. I had to insist and persist to get any level of service and still there were things left undone.

I would warn anyone to not use Baby Huey. What I thought started as a great experience unfortunately proved to be miserable as we still have missing and broken items, we have filed the claims, taken the pictures, etc. no resolve. I’m furious and ready to proceed to the next level.

While I was a bit worried about our move, there was no need for my concern. Yoda, John and Lance were extremely responsible, professional, and took good care our furniture and valuables! As far as I could tell, nothing was broken and we traveled 200 miles. We have many breakables and glass tables and none were damaged. Thank you guys!!! You're the best!!!
