Baby Huey's Moving & Storage

Booked and prepaid for 4 hours with 3 movers. Upon arrival, they told me that they only expected to move a couple of items, not the entire house. Halfway through, one guy left and another guy showed up. After 9 hours, they had only loaded half of my house, including half a bed, half a tv stand, half a sweater chest and many other items that were not fully loaded. The dryer was ripped from the wall rendering the brand new hose unusable. The washer hoses were left behind. Several of my antique furniture pieces were cracked, chipped or broken completely. Decorative pieces were torn from the furniture and left nearby the piece it belonged to. The multiple red “fragile” labels covering all sides of boxes and the word “ China” written on them meant nothing as they were transported and stacked in my garage underneath heavier boxes of non fragile items, some of them are even upside down breaking the bubble wrapped pieces inside them.

This was an absolutely horrible experience that is requiring me to hire someone else to finish my move AND repair all of the broken items as well as reassemble the furniture that was only partially transported.

Stay far, far away from this company.

Toda and his crew were amazing! They made sure all my furniture was wrapped and ready for storage. They were super nice and flexible which I ? appreciate! Highly recommend! Thank you for all your help !
