I've texted them and they don't answer back, they don't even answer on Facebook messager as well

Baileys Best Care transported my rescue dog from Southern California to Baltimore. Every day the driver sent me a few pictures of the dog and they were excellent at communicating details along the way including arrival time. It was the best experience and now I have my wonderful dog here with me on the east coast!! Thank you Baileys!!!

I've used Bailey's for several years now. They are always fast to respond to my requests, and are always available when i need my dogs delivered. I used Bailey's to transport my puppy from AK to VA. They were quick to respond and I had great customer experience. They were so caring and communicative. My puppy messed on the plane and my transporter even cleaned her up before we met up. I would definitely use them again. Great professional people!
