Bailey's Best Care

I will be looking for a new company for my transports from now on, I’ve had multiple pups transported by baileys best pet care and they are just downright terrible at communicating with the buyers and I. They were 6 days late on my January delivery and now we are 3 days after our current request date, they still couldn’t give me a pickup day for the puppy and said their driver is on the east coast and it would take a few more days before they would be able to tell us the pickup day (which always has buyers angry with ME). We’ve always scheduled at LEAST 2 weeks to a month in advanced on these trips and if you try to upgrade to get your pup home on time they Jack the price up ridiculously (500 to $1800 delivery). They will also message you to “confront” you on your review and call you a liar (look at their responses to other reviews calling everyone who puts a bad review is a “LIAR”. Which had us opt out of allowing this company to take this last puppy to their home because we didn’t trust they wouldn’t do somthing to this pup over the review (as for now my puppy buyer hasn’t gotten a refund to my knowledge). I would attach screenshots if I could, and ofc their fb doesn’t allow reviews. I don’t recommend this company and I’m embarrassed to ever have done so.

I was in a difficult situation and needed to transport a large animal from Michigan to Pennsylvania— a 12-hour drive. I called Bailey’s Best Care and spoke to Shaun. I was quite emotional, and he listened to me patiently. Though his company no longer transported the type of animal I had, he went out of his way to help me. He called one his drivers, and by the end of the day, he had arranged to have my pet picked up. Shaun and the driver, Chris, communicated with me every step of the way. Chris was on time, and he took great care of my pet — and me. He knew I was worried, and he texted me along the way to reassure me. When he arrived at the destination, he sent me photos so that I could see that my pet was alright. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who loves their pet and wants them well taken care of. I’m still in awe of the fact that this company treated a perfect stranger like a member of their family.

We used Baileys Best Care to transport our 7 month old puppy from Iowa to Ct. He arrived yesterday happy as can be. The driver Chris was extraordinary. I think he was heartbroken to leave Chester behind. Both Chris the driver and Shaun the owner both were very responsive and kept me informed before and during the journey. I would highly recommend Baileys Best Care for any of your pet transports. Many thanks!

I dealt with Hailey on the phone, which whom is a sweetheart.
Her brother Chris drove my puppy to NH. I was sent pictures along the way, given updates as to what state they were in and how close they were to getting to my home. If you can afford to buy a pet, then you can afford to keep it safely on the ground. Flying your pet is risky, and it can be very traumatic. Try trucking your pet, check your references, and do what's best for you & your pet. I absolutely ? % ♥️ will be using this company again when I get another puppy.
