Bailey's Best Care

My puppy was transported from Georgia to Pennsylvania. Cameron the driver gave updates so we knew approximate arrival times. He also sent short videos so we could see how he was doing. Upon arrival he was courteous, polite and pleasant to talk to. He mad sure I knew exactly how much my pup had ate as he is very small. My overall experience with the company was excellent and I would not hesitate to use there services again.

I didn’t actually use this service but I am giving five stars because they helped me out. This company was recommended to me by the breeder to move my new puppy but they were not available to drive on the west coast for about two weeks. They checked in with another company that was able to move my puppy the next day and sent me their contact info. My puppy made it safe and sound to me in a day.

We have been breeding Dobermans since 2016 and working with Shaun at Bailey's Best Care to transport our puppies for a few years now. After having worked with numerous other transports in the past, I can say without hesitation, that Bailey's Best Care has provided the absolute best pet transportation experience for both us as the breeder and for our forever families! I cannot recommend Bailey's Best Care enough!

We used Baileys to bring our Bernese Puppy from New Hampshire to Oregon. Absolute WORST mistake. Apparently the driver got too hot on the way over so he had to stop back at the office where my puppy spent multiple days. After they got a new driver, she was delivered 4 days late and weighing 3 lbs LESS than when she left the breeder. The gentleman handed me some leftover dog food and said he was only feeding her half the amount to make it last. Let me remind you they were FOUR days late with her and STILL had leftover food!
We took her to the vet to be seen and in addition to being underweight she also had giardia.I refused to pay for their horrific service and now they sent me to collections. All in all just stay away from this company. I wouldn’t use them if they were the ONLY option.

After a very stressful start and a sudden change of transport companies Bailey’s stepped in and did a great job bringing my 86 year old fathers bestie “Bub” from ME to FL. The driver JaJa kept us updated with videos along the way providing us peace of mind. Thank you!
