Good move! The movers arrived at the designated time for my office contents move, the preparatory steps taken by Allie Marquez, the move coordinator, assured a smooth performance, and the two movers assigned were careful with floor protection, placement of contents as outlined, and obviouosly had the experience needed to perform a damage free move. I recommend them highly.

Bailey's Moving and Storage did a great job on moving our home items from Colorado to Massachusetts. We spoke to several of the highest rated movers to get estimates and Bailey's provided a competitive quote. What set Bailey's apart from the others is they came to our home, and reviewed everything we wanted to move to provide a detailed estimate on the cost. It was a couple of thousand less than some of the others, and what they quoted us was what we ended up paying. In addition, Bailey's also provided information on when the truck was leaving and when it would arrive at its destination. Other carriers were very vague and often stated many more weeks to deliver. I met the crew who picked up our home items, and they provided updates along the way to the end destination. The crew delivered items to two locations and did an exceptional job in assuring items were not damaged. It was a great experience working with Bailey's Moving & Storage, and I plan on using them again when we move back to Colorado or to North Carolina. I highly recommend their services. My contact was Norm, and he did a great job. He put me at ease that everything would be fine given our past experience with thousands of dollars in damage using one of the larger moving companies.

Working with Bailey's for our big move was definitely the right decision. From the very beginning setting up the move till the very end was nothing short of a great experience. The moving crew worked diligently with a great attitude, considerate of our property and new house and willing to help with anything needed in setting up furniture, etc. Through the entire process Megan communicated before, during and after both the loading of our property from three 20-ft storage units to deliver the following day. Communicating both before, during and after the move was complete.
