Review:

As military family we move a lot I have experienced many different companies by far this was the worst.

1. They broke all of my laundry baskets to make them fit in the box.
2. They tried not to pack the TV so they said the loading people will pack it but the loading crews had no idea about it.
3. They left early and didn't pack a lot of stuff so i had to pack until 3 am that day.
4. Are they stupid? They when they were packing stuff in the garage, they packed ratpoop with my stuff.
5. They didnt disconnect the laundry.
6. They gave me all different excuses that they cannot pack a lot of stuff but it was just BS excuses. They just wanted to leave early.
7. They smoke in my property
8. They didnt label a lot of stuff so the loading company had to redo everything.
9. They are extremely slow.
10. They never keep the screw when they disassemble the furnitures.

CO to MA Move and 40% of our items were left behind at a warehouse in CO with NO prior notification.

**EDIT** The Response from Owner says 'Your overflow shipment is tentatively scheduled for delivery 6 days after your initial delivery'. Please tell me how that is possible when our initial delivery was on 11/24 and it is now 12/3 (9 days later!) and we haven't received our items. BY THE WAY if there is a delivery scheduled for this week, NO ONE has reached out to let me know.
The horrendous communication continues.***

Situation:
We recently moved from CO to MA. Only 60% of our items arrived and we only found out when the truck arrived that the rest of our items were still sitting in a warehouse in CO! When we called the office no one knew that our stuff had been left behind, which means no truck was scheduled (1 week after the truck left the warehouse). We are now still awaiting the rest of our items, which we are told will arrive 2.5 weeks after our scheduled delivery date. No one is taking responsibility.

I do not recommend either Allied or Bailey's. Find a moving company that will take accountability when they screw up.

Here are all the individuals we have dealt with so far: I am keeping names out of this review for now.
Move Consultant
- This is the person that put together our estimate and quote. As it turns out their estimate of 175 was extremely close to the 179 items that were tagged. Unfortunately that didn't seem to make a difference since they ran out of room on their truck. I tried calling him to let him know what was going on and have heard nothing from him.
Move Coordinator
- This is the person sitting in the office that had no idea that our stuff had been left at the warehouse for an entire week. She has been kind & understanding, however she should have known and already coordinated a new truck for our items that had been left behind. Maybe we would have had the rest of our stuff by now.
Costumer Service Manager
- This is the person we've been dealing with since finding out 40% of our items were left behind. She has also been very understanding however ineffective in expediting the rest of our stuff getting to us. It will take 16-18 days from the day that they found out our items had been left behind. It only took 7 days for the first truck to get to us.

Here are the facts:
- We moved from Colorado to Massachusetts
- We contracted with Allied, and Bailey's is the agent that Allied uses in Colorado
- Our delivery truck arrived within the guaranteed delivery window.
- The delivery truck arrived with only 60% of our items.
- No one informed us that our stuff was left behind, we only found out when the truck driver arrived and told us that 40% of our stuff had been left in CO because he ran out of room on his truck.
- We were told, by the truck driver, that he was asked to make additional stops before getting to the warehouse in CO to pick up our stuff and as a result there was NO ROOM for all of our items.
- The truck driver then made his own decision about which our how personal items were going to be loaded on the truck and which were going to stay. I would have at least appreciated a phone call so that we could have chosen some essential items and left non-essentials for the later delivery.
- Please keep in mind that we did not add any items after the estimate was completed, in fact the estimate was for 175 items and we had 179 items tagged.

- When I called our moving coordinator her office had NO CLUE that our items had been left behind. 8 days had passed since the truck driver left the warehouse and apparently no one seemed to know that 40%!! of our stuff had been left behind. Which means there was no effort to get our stuff on another truck until over a week later!!

At this point they are telling us the rest of our items are not going to arrive until 12/10-12/12 which is 2-2.5 weeks after the last day of the guaranteed delivery date and 3.5 weeks after the items were loaded from our house in CO.

Review:

Great moving service. The people that packed at my home took a lot of care to wrap and pack everything safely, and nothing was broken or missing in the move. Their teams were very respectful of your home and belongings, and were all very friendly. Same with the team on other end of the move. Highly recommend.
