Sapphire does not do business fairly!! I am the elderly woman who hired her for my estate She quoted me a price of 60-40 MY Favor. There were 3 other witnesses to the verbal agreement!! She called a member of my family and asked permission to go into MY home three days before the agreed upon date!!!Why??? I owned the house and had not moved many boxes and small items!!! Many items went “missing “ No one had the right to let Sapphire and her workers into my home!!! No contract was signed!! After 5 days I called to ask about a contract and was told there was a $3000 MINiMUm!!! Sapphire knew I had only a few days to finish moving!!! The tolet stool WAS plugged.S sign was on the door “ do not !!! I have witnesses to that. It cost me over two hundred dollars. I am not senile!! I have had cognitive tests!! Sapphire brought many items into my sale without my permission!! She stated I would benefit. Ha. I received 1750 She took$3000. Is that fair??? No!!! My legal papers had been gone through!!! Papers missing!! My lawyer had just done a revision and knows papers were gone. Beware!!!!

SHOCKED! went to a family members house for the sale. Items were missing from the house. There were items that did not belong to my family. The prices were outrageously high. I overhead customers talking about how they could purchase said items new for less than what was being asked. It seems they are not working for the client, only for themselves. Sapphire was rude when I asked her questions. She didn't know I was a family member. I am very disappointed in the way the company handles themselves.

Saphire assisted an elderly member of my church with selling their items before moving into assisted living. She did not give her the amount of money she promised, brought other peoples items into the home to sell, left the toilets clogged and entered the premises 3 days early without the owners permission. Before hearing this I had been to some of these sales, good stuff here- too bad the money for it doesn't go to the owners as promised.
