Baltimore Moving & Storage Services

Horrible service!! I called Baltimore services and they contracted my job to another company without letting me know. Movers were 4 hours late, no communication, and overcharged me. I spoke with Al initially and could never get a hold of him after I scheduled my move. Please don't use them!

Called Baltimore Moving & Storage Services for service and a small-engine truck with 'Dawn Moving' on the side showed up for the job. It took 6 hours to move my stuff from a storage unit (pre-packed) to a garage + 1 hour travel time for a total of a 7 hour job. A quick Google on Dawn Moving showed the company's terrible ratings (Yelp and BBB). I'm wondering if they outsourced their job to other local companies.

We just moved from Baltimore to West Friendship and had Baltimore Moving & Storage Services move us. I was very impressed. These guys treated my belongings with such respect! First the movers came to pack all of the items in my house. They used shrink wrap, and carefully boxed and labeled all of my belongings. The second day the movers arrived right on time bright and early and began loading the truck. They were extremely careful with my antiques and delicate items. Once we arrived in West Friendship the movers came with a 4 man team and unloaded and unpacked my home in 4 hours. After unpacking, I realized that nothing had been damaged or scratched. I am very happy with the choice I made.
