Banning Moving

I've used Banning Movers twice—once for a move to storage and again to relocate to my new home. The crew on the first move was professional and efficient, but unfortunately, the second crew did not meet the same standard. The job felt rushed, and the third person sent seemed unable to lift even the smallest of items. I was also told that an armoire was too large to move to the second floor, yet I later hired another moving company who had no trouble getting it upstairs. To make matters worse, every piece of my wood furniture was scratched, and my custom upholstered couch sustained rips that required professional repair.

My husband and I recently moved and our experience with banning was great. I initially called and got an estimate from Rob and when the job was finished it was exactly the same amount. No hidden surprise fees. The twins and Derek were super friendly and they were extremely quick and energetic. Will definitely use again in the future and would recommend
